We are seeking resources for managed LAN, MLAN, deliveries for our client’s Norwegian customer.

• Normally the MLAN-delivery is combined with WAN- or SDWAN-deliveries, but we also have additional deliveries (eg a new access point and switch).
• For combined deliveries, the installation is handled by a delivery coordinator and the MLAN-resource supports with configuration and documentation.
• For additional deliveries, the MLAN-resource handles the delivery from A to Z; including communication with the user, initiation of work order to field engineer and shipment of equipment.
• The resource we seek has previous experience from working with MLAN-installations and configuration in Aruba Central and customer-placed equipment.
• In addition, we assume the resource flexible and enjoys solving problems. Communication with customers and end-users is vital for customer success and the resource is used for this type of interaction.
