Job description and requirements:

For our customer in the Telecom industry, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager/Tech Lead. The customer's app team have started a new journey heading towards Flutter. The team is currently looking for a technical consultant who has the ability to work on both the technical and business aspect of this project. The successful candidate will have a wide range of experience bridging the gap between tech and business with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders as well as the technical teams. 

This role suits an extroverted team leader who can comfortably collaborate and lead a team of up to 8 developers. The successful consultant will play a vital role in this team leading the customer's transition and journey towards Flutter. Experience with Flutter isn’t a requirement however broad experience with App development is essential. 

• Gather the necessary requirements in collaboration as a pair with the Product Owner, UX, and stakeholders.
• Act as a single point of contact in its development team, helping answer technical questions from stakeholders. 
• Have a genuine excitement to participate in converting from the native app into flutter (Dart) 
• Take the leadership of Flutter project, and act as a decision-maker with good communication and collaboration skills. 
• You need to convert Epics and Use Stories into deliverable task and subtask. 
• You need to be extrovert, engagement and passionate about new technology as you will collaborate with almost 8 app developers that need the spark and guidance. 
• Help his/Her team to reduce the distractions and focus on the prioritise deliveries 

The role requires strong technical understanding and capabilities, as well as good leadership to act as a mentor in his/her team. 

Competence level: 5 to 10 years of work experience.
